Beacon Hill Staffing Group Director, Lateral Partner Recruitment in New York, New York

Our client, a prominent global law firm, seeks an experienced, dynamic Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of management experience and eight years in legal recruitment, as well as the ability to analyze data and reports on metrics in regards to lateral partner hiring. In addition, excellent organization and interpersonal skills, as well as advanced knowledge of the legal industry will allow someone to excel in this role. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with preferred searches, as well as performing practice group specifc needs assessments and be a primary point of contact for partner candidates.   • Masters Degree or JD, strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of legal recruitment experience and 5+ years in management roles.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills pertaining to managing both candidate and client relationships.
  • A mastery of the legal industry pertaining to recruitment.
  • An ability to analyze data and reports on metrics for lateral partner hiring.
The salary range for this role is $220k-$270k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
