Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant Floater to support multiple individuals as needed within a business or across multiple businesses. This position will start ASAP and will be an open ended temporary role with the possibility of going perm down the line based on business needs and performance. Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. This is on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy calendars
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Answer phone lines
• Oversee monthly expenses
• Handle expenses for team members
• Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested

Qualifications: Need to confirm

• At least three years of corporate support experience
• Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
• Extremely detail oriented
• Confident individual with the ability to get things done
• Strong written and verbal communication

Hourly rate:

• $40/hr DOE
• Free lunch daily in office
