Adecco is looking for a Facilities Manager for our luxury fashion partner. We are looking for a temp to perm contractor! This person would be onsite 5 days a week in NYC! This is a cooperate office setting doing light repairs, helping with packages and mail, and lifting boxes full of retail merchandise.

Salary expectation : $30-32hr

Responsibilities:

• Light repairs some electrician and plumbing tasks as needed

• Retrieve and sorts mail, including packages, by department and category

• Lifting and working with boxes full of clothes

• Sending out mail and packages

• Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures

• Communicate with external contractors and vendors

Requirements:

• Able to lift and stand for the duration of shift

• Able to communicate with internal and external staff and vendors

• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing preferred

• High school diploma or higher

• Must be able to work M-F 8:30-6pm

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
