Meta GenAI Content Manager in New York, New York

Summary:

The GenAI Content team is looking for an experienced leader and manager to support the team's efforts, with a focus on supporting people and work across a wide variety of work streams and focus areas. The horizontal nature of the team's work requires someone who's passionate about growing people and careers across cutting edge technology. This person will play a leadership role throughout the team and the GenAI org, contributing to overall content quality, product strategy and creative efforts that push the bounds of what's possible with GenAI. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing teams across priority work, while also guiding or contributing to the product development process, at every stage.

Required Skills:

GenAI Content Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting a large team of content experts working across different GenAI work streams

  2. Improving the quality of the team's work across multimodalities, including text, image, video and speech.

  3. Helping a new team scale its experience and expertise across new and emerging work streams.

  4. Lead through influence and collaboration within GenAI Content team and relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years as a manager in the media and/or technology space

  2. Track record of growing skills across a diverse team

  3. Leadership experience across different time zones

  4. Experience communicating to different stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with AI prompt engineering, annotation and/or within an AI product team.

  2. Experience working with product teams or programs (or other equivalent fields) from roadmapping through delivery.

  3. Experience leading large teams supporting major company initiatives.

  4. This person will support a team based in different countries, so experience working or managing a global team is preferred.

Public Compensation:

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
