Our client, a small investment management firm, is seeking an HR Associate to join their team in NYC. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Associate will support around 70 employees. Responsibilities include supporting recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll. The ideal candidate is flexible and has helped build an HR function from the ground up. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR
- Experience with ADP Total Source, preferred
- Ability to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment
- Financial Services experience, preferred

The salary range for this position is between $90k-120k on a base.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
