Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator based in New York. The role primarily involves providing general HR support and data management tasks in line with our recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support to the current HR Coordinator

• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize Excel for various HR-related tasks, ensuring optimal data organization

• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts by maintaining up-to-date and accurate records

• Assist in the transition of our HR system to our sister company, ensuring a seamless process

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor and Audit HR functions to ensure compliance with company policies

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems for various HR tasks

• Be physically present on-site 2-3 days out of the week for optimal team collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Ability in conducting Auditing and Background Checks

• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills

• Understanding of HR coordination processes and best practices

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
