Your responsibilities in this role

• Putting to use digital recruiting resources

• Supporting new-permanent on-boarding paperwork/orientations

• Creating internal recommendations

• Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements

• Conducting interviews

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

• Conducting various administrative duties Requirements - Deep understanding of Counsels

  • Experience with Compensation Administration

  • Previous experience working with Execute

  • Planning experience required

  • Planning Processes experience preferred

  • Earlier work involving Staffing

  • General familiarity with Leadership Skills

  • Background working with Communication Skills

  • Talent Acquisition experience desired

  • Good understanding of Partners

  • Foundational knowledge in Entity Formation

  • Prior experience with employee relations

  • Comprehension of C-Suite

  • Change management experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with compliance

  • Metric Reporting experience highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with risk management

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management

  • Framework experience required

  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience

  • Collaboration experience highly valued

  • Team management experience highly desired

  • Practical knowledge of implementation

  • Management experience desired

  • You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • This position's duties require a person who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
