Business Insider seeks a Manager, Customer Success in New York, NY to: actively coach a team of Customer Success Managers; Manage international/global clients; Partner with Account Management team; collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to solve business problems; Work closely with the organization’s Senior Leadership on multi-functional and cross-departmental projects identifying areas of opportunity where teams can partner together to deliver a better client experience; Partner with Sales Operations & Marketing to create and distribute customer satisfaction surveys amongst other projects that will help to drive feedback and accurate reading on health score; Foster innovation within the team by sharing new ways clients can use to advance their digital strategy, Use engagement metrics to bucket accounts into categories (growth, risk, etc), Develop and execute strategies to address each; Teach CSMs to build relationships, deliver value, extend empathy and resolve issues.Telecommuting from anywhere within the US is acceptable.To apply please send CV & cover letter to nphillips@businessinsider.com w/ Ref #44CE.Salary: at least $155,418/yr (actual salary dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave; Matched and vested 401k plan; Access to resources for financial planning guidance, family planning services, mental health reach out, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP); Additional benefits include commuter benefits, phone reimbursement, gym membership discounts, etc.Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Cognitive & Linguistic Sciences, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.Requires 2 years of experience in: leading a team within Saas to achieve/overachieve specific goals and metrics around customer success; identifying customer needs and defining and executing against KPIs; experience with software platforms, research media agencies, marketing/advertising or financial services companies; leading customer success within a subscription-based software-related organization.
