Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal and written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide wide range of complex office administration and support.

  • Review, assess, route, answers and monitor follow up action steps on

correspondence. Gathers and analyzes information required for administrative reporting.

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

  • Manage complex calendars, arrange for meetings, appointments and travel

arrangements.

  • Coordinate events, including conferences, seminars etc.

  • Purchase and maintain inventory of supplies for office.

  • Create and maintain filing system(s).

  • Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent education or related training

  • 2 + years of well-rounded experience

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accountability

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer service oriented

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • The annual base salary for this position is $36,000
