Position Title: Senior Banquet Manager

Reports To: Director of Catering Services

Salary: $90,000 to $105,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary

Working as a Senior Catering Director for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be responsible for managing the catering department, overseeing all internal and external catering for the account, managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food and service at the functions is of superior quality.

This role will:

• Lead and direct the Convention Services department, overseeing its day-to-day functions.

• Supervise the Convention Services leadership team, conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and facilitate training and development.

• Foster effective communication among operational departments and assist in issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures throughout the convention services operation.

• Collaborate with the Director of Convention Services on budget preparation and equipment needs.

• Facilitate successful conference planning, interacting with clients to exceed their expectations.

• Work closely with the Event Planning team on diagram planning and maintain accurate meeting planners' information.
