HF Management Services Senior Manager, Application Development (Job Code R017829) in New York, New York

Create and manage an intake process including prioritization, conceptual solution design, and work estimations. Manage domain’s pipeline and application roadmap. Accountable for delivery of a portion of the overall portfolio with matrixed resources, focusing on enhancements and cross-domain projects. Manage relationships with director and VP-level business stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction in the business unit. Drive standardization of delivery and reporting processes in the domain.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Advanced Mathematics, Physics, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience leading application development and architecture in a large-scale agile environment for application portfolio.Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following: (1) Five (5) years of experience developing microservices applications for complex enterprise systems, utilizing web and distributed technologies, including Java, GoLang, or PHP, with a foundation in SOAP/REST, Spring framework, and Hibernate; (2) Demonstrated expertise (DE) performing full-stack software application development encompassing front-end development for user interface design, user experience enhancement utilizing react.js, node.js or vue.js with deployment on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); (3) DE designing and developing web apps with high throughput and low latency applying load balancing, caching, threading with cloud computing strategies and architecture in automating manual operations, streamlining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and orchestrating deployments, while establishing and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for application code; and (4) DE performing full-stack software application development that includes creating real time transactional applications encompassing database integrations with either RDBMS Databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MYSQL, or MS SQL Server on AWS or GCP. Hybrid - 3 days remote/2 days in NYC HQ.

Minimum Salary: 214074.62 Maximum Salary: 225000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
