JPMorgan Chase VP - Sapphire Strategic Partnerships Business Controls, Oversight, & Controls in New York, New York

The candidate for this position will be a decision maker and change driver to ensure that the appropriate control framework is in place for the CBC business area(s) they are supporting. This person will be responsible for leading audits, reviews, and exams in partnership with CBC process owners and Control managers to ensure timely responses and positive results. They will also be responsible for triaging process incidents/breaks that occur, including creating documentation and presenting in the Emerging Situations forum for review. The candidate will facilitate weekly and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders within the assigned process(s) in the CBC organization to determine root cause, obtain and share progress updates, and discuss other key areas of focus. This person will be will develop and execute business oversight and governance for all live partnerships as well as update and maintain partnership procedures. This person will develop any control and test procedures if owned by Chase Branded Cards and support Issue Management and remediation. Lastly, they'll work on process improvements in program execution through operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a passion for Marketing, Controls, & Oversight

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally

  • BS degree or equivalent experience required

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette

  • Proficient in Microsoft products and extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a necessity, SharePoint experience preferred
