Description:

Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of all machines, aiding machine operators when necessary and achieving established production targets daily.

Production: Oversee machine operators on shift and ensure machines are running smoothly

Maintenance: Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines (ex. Fixing airlines and completing change overs when needed)

Health & Safety: Responsible for completing injury/illness and incident reports

Skills & Qualifications:

1) 3+ years' of manufacturing supervisory experience

2) ability to work with tools and learn machinery (mechanically inclined)

3) computer skills (Will be working with excel and ERP software)

4) able to manage people and delegate jobs

Shift:

DAYS - 7am-7pm, Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday

Wages:

$24.50/per hour
