Essential Functions:

• Analyzes, designs, configures, installs, and manages enterprise Server and Storage equipment.
• Maintains personal knowledge of multiple Server/Storage vendor technologies and associated software.
• Engages in technical administration of Server and Storage equipment including ESXi hosts, Physical and Virtual Servers with Window and Linux Server OS, KVMs, Clusters and Load Balancers.
• Engages in technical administration of Citrix and Terminal Server environments.
• Configures, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise Systems equipment.
• Assists other teams with installing and configuring Windows and Linux servers.
• Works with other teams to achieve common OKRs.
• Keeps Team updated on all new requests and work involving joint efforts with other teams.
• Ensures all systems are properly monitored and necessary alerting is properly configured by working with the IT Operations Team.
• Works with vendors such as Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, AWS and Hitachi.
• Provides on call support required to bring production systems to operational states.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting activities to resolve technical problems that occur.
• Performs system administration functions necessary to support continuous day-to-day system operations
• Performs expansion, relocation, and consolidation of systems infrastructure for all corporate locations.
• Develops and maintains detailed systems documentation.
• Maintains involvement with other aspects of IT systems infrastructure by participating in Agile/Scrum process for the IT systems team.
• Responds to P1/P2 issues to help troubleshoot and resolve outages and problems.
• Maintains server disk space, including file servers and create archive/purge scripts.
• Maintains system backups/restores using Veeam
• Maintains/Tests Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan
• Provides root cause analysis for outages, and delivers SOPs.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
• Minimum five (5) years experience with Microsoft and Linux Server OS, VMware, Backups.
• Experience with PowerShell, Scripting and Automation required.
• Experience or knowledge with Docker/Container services preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
• Experience migrating from on-premise data center to AWS

Pay Range: $100,000.00/YR to $135,000.00/YR
