EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Lead Systems Engineer I in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.

Minimum requirements for the position are: *Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Radiophysics or closely related discipline; *plus 30 months of employment experience in the job offered (Lead Systems Engineer), Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, SW Maintenance Engineer, Network Support Engineer, Database Analyst, Developer, DevOps Engineer, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Systems Analyst or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Design, deploy, follow, explain and enhance defined ITIL/ ITSM processes within the team, as well as in linked teams.
• Work closely with the software development staff to design and build production systems.
• Provide 24x7 support, maintenance and improvement, and monitoring for production environments.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, interface with vendors for technical support, upgrades, bug fixes, etc. as necessary.
• Write and review support and end-user documentation.
• Lead and support offsite/onsite systems engineers.
• Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
