Minimum requirements for the position are: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Informatics, or closely related discipline; plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Delivery Manager), Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Software Engineering Team Lead, Software Engineering Manager, Head of Department, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Developer, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development and product architecture ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Coordinate and lead multiple project engagements, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology and resource needs and market demand, to assess and decide the feasibility of projects.
• Communicate with clients to define specific project requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
• Manage timelines, communications, and cross-team deliverables for one or a set of areas.
• Supervise production deployments.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices (CICD).
