Minimum requirements for the position are: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Technology, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Design and Technology, Information Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, Radiophysics, Electronics, Cyber Security, or closely related discipline; plus 30 months of employment experience in the job offered (Software Engineering Team Leader), Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Developer, Testing Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, Computer Programmer, IT Developer, Technical Lead, or closely related occupation.

Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Duties:

• Create software programs and customize existing programs utilizing specific programming languages, frameworks, and development environments.
• Lead all phases of project lifecycle from project definition and requirements development to launch to production.
• Provide high-level technical expertise in the process of gathering requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level application software products.
• Provide external dependencies on risk identification, tracking, and management.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, offshore, and onshore technical team.
