Aston Carter Payroll Specialist in Norco, California

Construction company looking for an eager Payroll Specialist to support the team!


Processing weekly payroll for all construction employees (union and nonunion), including calculating hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations** and reporting requirements.

Preparing and submitting Certified Payroll Reports and Statements of Compliance

Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records using LCPtracker

Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.

Assisting with internal and external audits related to payroll.
