Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter works with the Sr. Director, HR Operations to develop strategies that increase diversity candidate representation across all open positions within Transfusion and Transplant to meet/exceed OFCCP goals.

This role is responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition, including recruiting, screening, and recommending staff placements using creative sourcing methods (both internal and external) to fill positions timely and cost-effectively with the best qualified candidates.

The Corporate Recruiter ensures all talent acquisition activities are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, coordinates with search firms for difficult-to-fill positions, and oversees third-party agency handling contingent staffing needs.

Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to increase diverse candidate representation, tracking metrics related to diversity outreach activities, initiating job requisitions through iCIMS, providing life cycle recruiting, maintaining the Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System for efficiency and compliance, collaborating with hiring managers, screening resumes, making hiring recommendations, processing offer letters, conducting back ground investigations and drug tests, using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract qualified candidates, acting as a liaison with employment agencies, maintaining and promoting the employee referral program, managing internal transfer processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
