PruittHealth Regional Human Resources Manager in NORCROSS, Georgia
JOB PURPOSE:
The Role of the RPSM is to function as subject matter expert on human resource, employee relations and labor management issues on a regional team. This role provides ongoing support and guidance to centers/offices within an assigned region, and focuses on metrics such as turnover, retention, partner net promoter score and labor utilization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with business leaders to drive operating results and process improvement initiatives
Provide expert guidance and coaching to local managers on all HR matters.
Manage partner relations and good corporate citizenship actions.
Manage HR administration tasks.
Promote core values throughout the organization.
Investigate HR grievances and complaints.
Respond to EEOC charges, wage and hour complaints, etc. as received.
Support affirmative action and provide support to centers with OFCCP audits.
Assist centers with CMS audits related to payroll-based journal entries.
Provide service to support the company’s business objectives and HR strategies including support for acquisition of healthcare centers.
Assist, if needed, in surveys such as Licensure, JCAHO and any subsequent reports.
Provide support for the partner satisfaction survey process, My Inner View, and other external tools as needed.
Deliver various trainings as needed or requested.
Honor resident/patient’s rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to make complaints.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Labor law intelligence and industrial relations experience.
• Travel up to 80%; frequent overnight travel may be required
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field; or substantial related experience in human resources
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 years progressive HR experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)
Master’s degree in human resources management, business or equivalent with concentration in human resources management
