Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Senior Systems Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience in systems, software, electrical or mechanical engineering in support of one of are large federal clients in Virginia Beach, VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for analyzing the performance of hardware and software interfaces, identifying alternatives for optimizing computer resource usage, and participating in the design, coding, testing, debugging, configuration, and documentation of operating systems and software.

Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

* Providing assistance to users in the development and integration of systems and environments.

* Installing and managing systems and user utilities for modifications and upgrades of systems and environments and efficiently diagnoses and resolves system problems.

* Has worked with manufacturers and vendors of systems with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution.

* Planning and executing system version upgrade releases and custom interfaces.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics or related scientific discipline.

• professional experience in systems, software, electrical or mechanical engineering.

* Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) including HF, testing, documentation, and requirements gathering

* Active Secret Clearance * Experience with different types of Neural Networks including AI/ML, Encryption, Signal Generation and Collection

* Experience with Jira/Confluence/Agile null
