Job Title: Shift Leader at Your Pie - North Augusta, SC Job Summary: The Shift Leader at Your Pie - is a key role in our fast-paced, fun and customer-focused restaurant environment. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shift and upholding the high standards of quality and service that Your Pie is known for. You will lead a team of employees and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in North Augusta, South Carolina. Compensation & Benefits: The Shift Leader role at Your Pie  offers a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently during assigned shifts • Train new employees and ensure they are following proper protocols and procedures • Handle customer complaints and address any issues in a timely and professional manner • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed • Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records of cash handling • Enforce safety and sanitation standards and procedures • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours • Collaborate with the General Manager to continuously improve operations and customer satisfaction • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership or management role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Your Pie brand and menu is a plus EEOC Statement: Your Pie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
