Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in, or directly relevant to, a logistics activity. Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met. Manage subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations. Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates. Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements. Manage 3rd Party Logistics Division on a day-to-day basis. Generate KPI’s and productivities reports. Plan and prioritize Continuous Improvement Program. Lead and coordinate continuous improvements programs across the company set up and following up on the implementation of the LogEx program to instill a culture of continuous improvement into the logistics organization. Accountable for completing accurate inventory documentation for inbound, outbound and storage processes. Deliver high quality customer service by providing consistent status updates and coordinated efforts required for daily workload including overseas back office. Successfully manage all components related to the receiving department inbound, order fulfillment, special projects, and inventory. Coach and improve Team Leads and Supervisors' management skills to oversee daily and weekly operations, coaching them on planning, quality, resource utilization, and individual performances. *Supervisory duties are inherent to the position.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics or related field of study. Two (2) years related experience as a Junior Engineer or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: Overseeing logistics projects and maintaining productivity reports; Creating operational reports on continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce waste to reduce costs and optimize outputs, whether that be the quality of a product or services; Reporting inventory reports based on the logistic activities; and Overseeing project and production procedures to reduce cost comparing with financial flow without affecting the quality of service.
