Boeing Commercial Airplanes in North Charleston, SC , is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst to support the Digital Transformation and Industrial Engineering Teams at the Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center.

This team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Business Process Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives.

  • Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis.

  • Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies.

  • Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements.

  • Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.

  • Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.

Work Authorization Statement:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with Tableau

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Working knowledge of ERP/ERPLN/ERPMART

  • Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata

  • Working Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering work statement

  • Working Knowledge of Visual Basic

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment

  • 3 or more years’ experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

  • This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Remote Type:

  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Pay Range Summary:

Associate Level: $70,550- $95,450

Mid-Level: $85,000- $115,000

Senior Level: $102,850- $139,150
