Job Title: Chemist II

Job Description

The Chemist II will work Monday through Friday during the 1st shift. The primary responsibility includes supporting regulated clinical and non-clinical studies by using HPLC-MS to quantify analyte concentrations in biological samples. The environment is fast-paced with a strong team culture, working in a group setting. This is a Monday through Friday First Shift position

Hard Skills

  • HPLC-Mass Spec analytical laboratory experience

  • Familiarity with GLP/GCLP Requirements

  • Good documentation practice (ALCOA)

  • General lab skills: lab safety, solution preparations, use of balances, pH meter, pipettes, and other instruments

  • Intermediate experience with HPLC-MS Data Processing and Analysis (SCIEX Analyst)

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Chicago, Illinois.
