Position: Administrative Data Entry(Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay: $ 18.50

Overview

Administrative (Data Entry) is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computer systems and databases. This role involves handling sensitive information with a high level of integrity and ensuring data accuracy, keeping all files and databases in order and up to date.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field preferred.

Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, and SharePoint)

Working knowledge of Outlook

Qualifications

Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and copying documents.

Create the requested AQL's and release ASN's.

Analyze the historical information and be able to decide if the requested styles are (Will Skip or Will QC).

Accurately input and update data into the company database, spreadsheets, and other data management systems (FDM4, Audit Analysis and Rejection Summary).

Complete the 100% rejection chart.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information and correcting errors.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents and confirm the accuracy of information.

Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and changes made.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify data discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Complete data entry tasks within specified time frames to meet deadlines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
