Well established, property management company that develops and manages multi-family communities is looking for an Experienced Acountant to work with the Controller preparing financial statements for multiple properties, record prepaid, accruals, journal entries and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a degreed accountant with at least 7 years of G/L experience (preferably in the real estate industry) to take your career to the next level. work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements

• Month-end close for several properties

• Prepare and record prepaid and accruals

• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and analyze P&L statements

• Manage vendor accounts and distribution payments

• Prepare cash flows and monitor transfers and wires

• Must have advanced Excel skills
