PATIENT: FEEDING TUBE, TRACHEOSTOMY, VENTILATOR

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with pediatric patients 1:1 in their homes!

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card

• 1 year of pediatric care preferred.

• 1 year of tracheostomy experience preferred (Changing, cleaning, suctioning).

• 1 year of ventilator experience preferred.

• 1 year of g-tube experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed doctors orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
