IQVIA Supply Chain Coordinator in North Sydney, Australia

This role is only open to Sydney based candidates with full unrestricted working rights.

At IQVIA, our Marketing Services Department is on a mission to establish a robust supply chain footprint in the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors. As we expand our capabilities, we are eager to welcome a new Supply Chain Coordinator into our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and help shape our supply chain strategies.

This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Department Associate Director, will be at the heart of our operations. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the fulfillment of multichannel promotional communications, risk minimisation communications, patient support programs, and sample management programs. This includes managing outbound logistics and vendor relationships, all while adhering to our stringent customer program SOPs.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will also play a crucial role in supporting sales activities and fostering clear communication with our customers. This will involve close collaboration with department colleagues and cross-functional internal teams.

This role requires a high standard of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, as well as a strong understanding of the key priorities and growth goals of our prospective clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in meeting or exceeding these goals as a team.

  • Coordinating the entire process of order fulfilment, from pick-up to packing and shipping, using logistic partners

  • Utilising your analytical skills for accurate data handling, including cross-referencing, and comparing database records

  • Managing a diverse range of tasks concurrently, demonstrating excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team, while cultivating robust relationships with external print, packaging, and logistics providers

  • Acting as an internal liaison for programme fulfilment and executing client communications

  • Estimating cost and time requirements for projects, tracking key metrics, and providing reports to clients

  • Regularly interfacing with marketing, market research, sales management, and/or regulatory affairs in existing and prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • 2–3-years relevant supply chain or logistics experience

  • Previous Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience (desirable)

  • Competent in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Bachelor’s Degree (not essential)
