We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and SummaryLead Technical Program ManagerJob Title:Lead Technical Program ManagerOverview:* Responsible for organizing, planning, execution and tracking technology compliance and user management in the context of DevOps ecosystem and Developer Tooling's.* Proactively assess scope of work, establish execution plan, and work with Engineering Teams and dependent organizations. * Reports progress and ensure dependencies are covered.* Operates between Engineering teams and key stakeholders overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery to migrate from legacy tooling's new developer tools in the Public Cloud and Private Cloud ecosystem.* Ability to ramp up quickly with deep understanding of developer tooling capabilities from usage and change management standpoint to drive adoption.Responsibilities:* Plan and manage technology compliance and technology risk remediation and user management projects or activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery.* Assess and define the developer tooling migration execution, optimize delivery progress tracking against problems to be solved. Align dependent organizations and remove/mitigate all blocking issues.* Work directly with Engineering teams external to the department. Ability to assess and execute with limited guidance, seek guidance as needed in support of product and delivery strategy defined. * Deep understanding of the product and technical requirements for the solutions being built.* Understand the needs of the engineers and technical operations teams who have to build, maintain, and operate the system for the life of the system.* Ability to navigate against competing priorities and propose path forward by working with software engineers, principals and Technical Program Managers.* Write documentation as required.* Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, communicate progress, project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for senior leadership consumption. Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels.* Work across teams to optimize processes.* Good understanding of architecture, able to read sequence diagrams, knowledge of developer tooling ecosystem, ability to conduct technical triage with demonstrated knowledge and experience with Domo dashboard, Splunk, CI/CD, Bitbucket, Artifactory and Cloud. * Develop, manage, and track progress through metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.Experiences:* Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy * Demonstrated experience with DevOps and developers tooling compliance and user management and adoption management.Demonstrated experience with defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale with a deep understanding of those platforms' capabilities and underlying technologies. Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work into project plans to track migration and adoption progress.* Enjoys diving deep to understand of the DevOps tools and platforms capabilities and underlying technologies. * Proven track ecord of data driven decision-making, create and track progress using Domo dashboards, and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.* Ability to assess and brainstorm delivery strategy with engineering teams, architects, and key stakeholders. * Able to communicate to executives, stakeholders, and peers with impact, eloquence, and authenticity.* Demonstrated experience building relationships, to partner and influence dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.* Huge plus if you have expertise in CI/CD and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.* BS in engineering, computer science or related discipline. * 10 to 15 years technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software.In the US, Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
