Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Oakland, California, for an Administrative Assistant. Joining our team, your role will largely be focused on customer service, data entry, and correspondence. You will be situated in an engaging and dynamic workplace, utilizing your administrative skills in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Delivering top-notch customer service to all clients and stakeholders

• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency

• Handling email correspondence and ensuring all communications are timely and effective

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a professional demeanor

• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for daily tasks and communications

• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings as needed, helping arrange travel coordination, as well as helping set up events

• Ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with industry standards and company protocols. Being a resource to all different departments.

Requirements • Possess strong skills in answering inbound calls, ensuring effective and professional communication.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, providing assistance and information to clients in a courteous manner.

• Must be proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in entering information into databases.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.

• Have experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and perform data analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendar appointments, and tasks.

• Must be skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations, including the use of graphics, animations, and other visual elements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents, including the use of formatting tools, templates, and styles.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring no conflicts and efficient use of time.
