Job Description

The Director, Field Human Resources will provide strategic HR Business Partner leadership to multiple regions. This role will work closely with senior leaders to assess, anticipate, and execute organizational, and people related strategies to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior leaders to create and drive the advancement of HR programs and initiatives globally, in alignment with the organizational strategic goals

· Partner with executive leadership to understand and address the unique needs of diverse global teams and employees

· Provide strategic guidance, communication plans, and employee engagement strategies to support successful organizational change initiatives

· Leverage data, analytics, benchmarking, and industry insights to inform and enhance business recommendations

· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive overall job satisfaction and organizational performance

· Drive global talent management, ensuring the organization has the right skills and capabilities to meet strategic goals

· Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and enriching work environment

· Lead the development and implementation of organizational design strategies that optimize efficiency, agility and effectiveness

Education and/or Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field

· 6+ years of prior Human Resources Business Partner and/or organizational development experience with a strong global focus is required

· Experience in a large complex, matrixed organization

· Proven track record of implementing global HR programs that align with organizational goals

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts

· Strategic thinker with the capacity to balance long-term vision and day-to-day operational management

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levels across multiple geographies

· Ability to lead change across a large, global, matrixed organization.

· Must have the ability to think and act independently and make the right tradeoff decisions.
