Description/Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Duties:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence

• Respond to alarms and security incidents

• Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents

• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations

• Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems

Experience:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred

• Certification in security training or relevant field is a plus

• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is beneficial

• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques

• Ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy
