Description

Our amazing client is in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their accounting team. This job requires individuals with an analytical thought process and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while dealing with financial data.. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will not only deal with posting payments, but also resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. The role demands high efficiency and the ability to streamline procedures to improve overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and reconcile batches, research and resolve any irregularities or customer inquiries.

• Review status of outstanding balances on ongoing basis and interact with customers to ensure timely payments.

• Maintain the general ledger and assist in month end closing.

• Prepare accounts receivable reports using accounting software.

  Requirements

• An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong Excel and database skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
