Job Overview

Salary Range: $85K-$95K

Candidate must live within one of the following regions:

West – Nevada, Idaho, or neighboring states

Southeast – Texas, Florida, Tennessee, or neighboring states

Northeast - Ohio

The core responsibility of the People Business Partner is building trusted and influential partnership with leaders within the organization to execute the people strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

As the PBP the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:

  • Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of people initiatives including employee relations, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, and organizational design consultation.

  • Serves as the subject matter expert leading talent lifecycle initiatives including performance management, merit, bonus, etc.

  • Analyzes trends and metrics and partners with peers and COEs to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.

  • Partners with leaders to grow the capacity of the organization’s key talent to include high potential identification (via Talent Management) and associated development, etc.

  • Evaluates business challenges while developing and recommending actionable solutions.

  • Provides practical advice involving highly sensitive issues including, but not limited to performance management consultation, conflict management, interpretation of policies, and identifying coaching and development opportunities.

    Requirements for our Employee Relations Manager:

  • 5 + years’ experience in Human Resources as a People Business Partner

  • Experience working in a role that supported multiple field locations

  • Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels of the organization

  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills

  • Ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities, and an evolving environment
