JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring:Surgical Tech Schedule: As needed; 0630-1500/1700 At Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital we perform procedures including General/vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, dental, & ENT. Our 8 operating rooms, renovated in May 2020, include new system integration for more efficient flow during surgery. As an Orthopedic Center of Excellence we provide an array of orthopedic procedures including same day discharge procedures for total joints. We utilize the Depuy VELYS Robot to complete Robotic assisted total knee replacements. What You Will Do: Surgical Technologist functions as the scrub person. Works under the direct supervision of an RN or physician to facilitate safe and effective care during invasive and operative procedures. They ensure that the OR is safe, equipment is functioning properly and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Facilitates a physician\'s performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures. What You Will Need: Associates Degree Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist program CST preferred or equivalent military training program. AST membership preferred Minimum License BLS (CPR) Experience (or interest) in Orthopedics and Neurosurgery preferred ProHealth Care, one of the largest employers in Waukesha County, offers work that is challenging and rewarding.
