Manufacturing Technicians- Salary 40K-75K

Do you want to be a part of an exciting, cutting-edge, high-tech industry? Manpower is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for a growing company in the Odon, IN area. These are Direct Hire / Permanent positions. Day shift, Monday-Friday. Salary range of 40K- 75K, based on experience and education.

What is the job?

  • Processing semiconductor wafers in a manufacturing environment.

  • Meet production requirements by improving system performance

  • Analysis of data and monitoring of the manufacturing process

  • Completion of technical reports and recommend solutions for improvement

  • Troubleshooting of the manufacturing process and address any equipment related performance issues

  • Salary 40K to 75K

What you bring to the job?

  • Associate's degree in any technical related field and/or equivalent Military Electronics training

  • OR minimum of 3 years experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment

  • OR previous technical maintenance experience including troubleshooting on electrical/mechanical systems

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Accomplished time management skills to enable on-time project delivery
