Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the dynamic industry of report writing, located in OKC, Oklahoma. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in a structured format, with a focus on creating comprehensive reports. As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to our team by efficiently processing, maintaining, and monitoring customer-related data.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications by utilizing skills in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain and manage customer credit records in a precise and organized manner.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional fashion.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the account status.

• Perform comprehensive computer research to gather and analyze relevant information.

• Utilize Computer Data Entry skills to input customer-related data into our systems.

• Generate detailed reports based on the analyzed data.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Implement administrative strategies to streamline customer application processes.

• Contribute to the creation of synopses for reports based on gathered and analyzed data. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy.

• Experience in conducting computer-based research and compiling findings in an organized manner.

• Familiarity with various computer data entry systems and databases.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration will be a plus.
