【応募概要】

セールス&マーケティング部門内マーケティングコミュニケーションズにて活躍いただく、マネージャー職のクラスターポジションです。沖縄県内2軒のホテル、ANAインターコンチネンタル万座ビーチリゾートならびにANAインターコンチネンタル石垣リゾートをご担当頂きます。

【仕事内容】

• マーケティングコミュニケーションズ年間プラン、イメージ戦略の立案、実施

• プロモーション活動の立案、実施、監修

• 国内外メディアおよびインフルエンサーの取材誘致、取材対応

• メディア/インフルエンサーとの関係構築

• 報道資料の作成、配信：プレスキット、プレスリリース、ニュースレター

• コラテラル制作、監修：各種パンフレット、フライヤー等をはじめ、販促グッズなどの制作

• メディアイベント・記者会見のプランニング、実施

• 館内イベントの立案、実施

• ブランドイメージを訴求するコンテンツの立案、監修

• 販売チャネルの内容精査、コンテンツ立案、実施

• 公式サイトのコンテンツ管理

• SNSコンテンツ管理

• メディア・SNSモニタリングの実施

• 広告出稿業務の実施

• 経営陣や社内向けレポーティングの作成

• 社内広報

• 海外オフィス、ブランドチームとの連携

• 予算策定、管理

• 稼働状況にあわせ現場オペレーションサポートへの参加

• そのほか、マーケティングコミュニケーションズ部長ならびにセールス&マーケティング部長から割り当てられた職務の遂行

【応募資格・条件】

• ホテルのMarCom経験者優遇

• TOEIC735点程度

• 柔軟性があり、何事にも前向きに取り組める人

• 給与：経験、能力を考慮のうえ優遇
