Management Analysis Support/Organizational Support (Management Analyst)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support AFSC as a management analyst and action officer for various project analysis, workflow, briefing charts, suspense, records management, security inspections, travel and training management and tracking, SharePoint site and Teams Site management, calendar management, and taskings.
Utilize knowledge of data analysis to draw conclusions, manage the AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT) system, determine when additional information is required from other organizations and route that information to other organizations as needed, conduct research, identify risk, develop and integrate responses to a wide range of subjects across the AFSC.
Consolidate these tasker responses to produce packages for higher-level review and approval on or before the assigned suspense date under the oversight of a more senior position.
Provide Program Office management support meetings and tasks, including, but not limited to, methods and procedures for producing and data management procedures in accordance with DAFH 33-337 Tongue and Quill and AFMAN 33-326 Preparing Official Communications, which includes correspondence, records, policy, and guidance, etc.
Conduct technical documentation of the operation for technical projects/programs.
Conduct general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, printing charts for meetings, answering the phones, and other administrative tasks supporting the division.
Serve as the action officer and/or facilitator for various projects and meetings as required.
Provide quality assurance analysis on materials and prepare materials in a manner that efficiently and effectively pre-briefs AFSC leadership prior to attending meetings.
Maintain configuration management of taskings derived from pre-briefs and ensure these are accomplished and communicated to the intended parties.
Perform data management of pre-brief materials within SharePoint and Teams. This includes knowledge of and the ability to effectively manage and maintain directorate's SharePoint site and Teams site, effectively manage and maintain directorate's security assurance capability to include supporting security inspections, and the ability to provide directorate travel and training management and tracking.
Conduct research and analysis on trends (i.e., Logistics, Information Technology, Operational Technology), outliers, root causes, variances, and such cause-and-effect scenarios where a thorough understanding of the underlying issues and/or processes are required for determining the appropriate management response/action/conclusion.
Perform data management and recommend the appropriate data requirements for the conduct of research and analysis, gather, generate, and/or conduct data extraction from various sources, including legacy systems, and manipulate the raw data into forms or formats required for analysis or further data manipulation.
Communicate analysis, findings, positions, & recommendations to leadership as well as keep division, directorate, and AFSC leadership informed on performance management issues.
Provide logistics support to facilitate integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise across a broad spectrum of AFSC's organizational management by supporting program briefings, determining program progress, and effectively setting up and communicating through forums such as DCOs, telecoms, and virtual meetings (e.g., Teams, VTCs).

Master's degree
10 Years of Relevant Experience
Must have experience working in AF supply chain processes and expertise in project management, calendar management, excel spreadsheets, management of taskings, and workflow distribution using data management and data analysis skills.
Must have experience supporting organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Must possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio to accomplish assigned taskings.
