Software Engineer – SW Specialist - Language Responsibilities:

1. Apply relevant AI and machine learning techniques to build intelligent systems that improve Meta products and experiences.

2. Develop novel, accurate AI algorithms and advanced systems for large scale applications.

6. 1. One or more of the following areas: NLP, ASR, TTS, Conversational AI, Dialogue, Machine Learning or artificial intelligence
7. 2. Developing machine learning algorithms or machine learning infrastructure in C/C++ or Python
8. 3. Developing paralinguistic engines including speaker identification, whisper detection, stutter detection
9. 4. Developing streaming audio processing pipelines, as well as designing thread model inside such pipelines
10. 5. On device development and debugging
11. 6. Developing and optimizing speech AI models, having experience on common modeling optimizations including quantization, gradient checkpointing
12. 7. Developing end-to-end streaming speech APIs and services, and the ability to maintain scalability and availability of such services.

Public Compensation:

$215,519/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits
