[Duties - Install various components and systems according to project specifications and blueprints - Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment - Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and repair structures and fixtures - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

[Requirements [- Must have painting experience - Previous experience in construction or a related field at least 8-10 years - Proficiency in construction estimating, cabinet installation, blueprint reading, concrete finishing, tile laying, schematics, restoration, hand tools, floor care, and construction painting - Ability to interpret project plans and specifications - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record [Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
