Description:

Perform tear out of old trailers to get ready for remodel

Perform finish carpentry to do trim, doors, & windows for the unit

Paint and do basic dry wall/sheetrock work

Lay carpet and tile

Do basic finishing of plumbing accessories

Other make ready duties for the trailer as assigned

Skills:

Experience in construction, carpentry experience preferred but other trades will be considered

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Please Note:

This is a contract to hire position and we are looking for candidates interested in a long term opportunity. This is not a temporary contract and does NOT include per diem.
