For our site in Olst we are looking for a Production Support Specialist (PSS) C for the Mebeverine department. With this function you are responsible for ensuring quality and compliance aspects and ensure completion of optimization projects. Support/coach the production teams and junior PSS’ers in fielding quality and compliance issues and improvements for the assigned result areas. Support (international) audits performed by customers and governments.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Perform a second assessment of batches produced (when necessary), before the QP.

• Preparation and leading role as SME of audits by government agencies and third parties, including: conducting internal inspections, timely reporting, responding to reports and handling follow-up activities.

• Support or initiate change controls. Responsible for the approval of controlled documents/reports.

• Root Cause Investigation and efficient and timing handling/reporting of deviations/non conformities/complaints.

• Contribute to projects and lead small/medium projects

• Initiate training and coaching for the department

• Contribute to the decisionmaking process in the operations team with regard to efficiency improvement, personnel, organization, investments (especially with regard to quality)

Knowledge and experience

• Master Degree in Technology or Pharmacy or or relevant field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of the Dutch and English language

• Yellow belt improvement skills
