As a part of the Management team, you will help manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development, and engagement of all restaurant team members, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.

YOU GOT THIS

•Quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or previous restaurant management experience preferred but not required. 

•You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

•You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

•Must be 18 years of age. Eligible to work in the U.S.

•Hourly Assistant Manager is based on a 45-hour work week.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and the high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and DRM policy.
