TEKsystems Sales Support Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska
Description:
Provide customer service to internal and external customers
Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing, availability, shipping information, and more
Communicate via email frequently and some phone calls
Assist with customer inquiries
Maintain CRM system with accurate data
Work alongside outside sales team and other internal departments
Skills:
Customer service, data entry, written communication, sales support, electrical knowledge, mechanical knowledge, math skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be able to type 50+ WPM with high accuracy
Great written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Research and analyzing skills
Perform basic math
Must be able to lift/move 10-25 pounds on your own
