The Member & Customer Success Enablement (MCSE) team within Go-to-Market Enablement (GTME) drives impact and results essential to the success of the business by providing flexible and innovative learning and performance solutions to develop Product Operations and Global Support employees within the MCS organization. We work to connect MCS employees with learning opportunities that develop competencies within their current roles and skills that contribute to their journey of transformation.

Responsibilities

The core of the Senior Onboarding Partner role involves strategic program management, curation, design, delivery, and upkeep of highly engaging training programs as part of a holistic onboarding initiative designed to support employees during their first twelve months and beyond.

Program Management:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.

  • Oversee multiple onboarding projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensure seamless integration with other talent development initiatives.

  • Continuously assess and enhance the onboarding program to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Delivery:

  • Deliver onboarding through Traditional Face to Face Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), blended/flipped classroom methodologies, self-paced learning, e-learning, etc.

  • Utilize best practices in facilitation to deliver or prepare others to deliver learning.

Design & Development:

  • Understand learning and development requirements needed to support a holistic onboarding experience.

  • Build the right onboarding solutions to maximize reach and impact, such as: e-learnings, self-paced assignments, assessments, job aids, teaching aids, multimedia visual aids, reference materials, etc. to support learning at scale.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and offer expertise and insights into learning solutions to solve onboarding challenges.

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business partners, customer-facing staff, and cross-functional groups, providing regular communications and updates.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on onboarding initiatives and their impact on overall business performance.

Communication:

  • Proactively communicate project updates, prioritization decisions, and key information at the right time, and in the right way.

  • Communicate and collaborate with global peers and individuals from other teams and identify areas to partner on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Maintain a broad perspective to identify and evaluate opportunities that promote the value proposition of learning solutions and incorporate diverse perspectives into projects.

Evaluation:

  • Identify and clearly define success/outcome/ROI metrics for onboarding and utilize for continuous improvement.

  • Include quantitative metrics such as measured behavior changes and post-training confidence scores and qualitative feedback garnered through post-training listening/feedback sessions.

  • Work closely with Product Education and Service Quality to evaluate the impact of learning as a holistic MCS organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience facilitating training across organizational levels

  • 3+ years’ experience with content development (curriculum design, study aids, simulations, evaluations, e-learning, m-learning, scripting, multimedia, publishing), instructional design, course effectiveness evaluation, learning management systems, and educational portals

  • Experience in program management, including managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories with proven ability and skills to style-flex as needed based on a variety of situations, individuals, and audiences

  • Ability to create effective training as well as the ability to think strategically and interact with senior leaders in a credible manner

  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

  • Portfolio of work and/or writing samples

  • Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone, as well as design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate, etc.

  • Effective and professional communication skills

  • Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training

  • Capable of analyzing and producing content through the eyes of a learner

  • Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment and equally enjoys working independently

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
