Functional Role: Digital Transformation Lead / Senior Program Manager

Salary: 165,000 - 185,000

Location: Orange, CA (onsite to start than open to hybrid down the line)

Our client in the Healthcare industry is seeking a hands-on Digital Transformation lead to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a hands on with AI. This will be the first hire on the technical team based in the US, communication will be important working with stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Haves:

1.) Significant experience (7+ years) in digital strategy or digital transformation roles

2.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

3.) Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain

4.) Experience working in multinational organizations or with distributed teams.

5.) Solid understanding of the US healthcare industry as well as familiarity with digital trends and best practices within the industry
