Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with all Accounts Receivable functions, be comfortable working in Excel, and have a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be eager to learn and willing to grow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of billing and collections of customers

• Make contact with past-due accounts

• Prepare weekly progress reports, and other “ad-hoc” reports as necessary.

• Preparing general ledger entries and reconciling accounts as part of the monthly close

Job Requirements:

• Analyze data and make recommendations

• Manage time, priorities, and tasks

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience

• High proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office software

• Maintain a collaborative, growth-mindset that is partnership oriented

• Be an effective and responsive communicator
