ManpowerGroup Logistics Coordinator in Orlando, Florida

Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the logistics manager. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and computer skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent client/customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Range: $19-$19.50/hour

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate all aspects of trial reservation, planning, and distribution processes related to medical equipment

  • Manage and maintain trial inventory.

  • Receive order requests, identify availability, and prepare for shipment.

  • Perform daily load planning, routing and coordinating of trial requests (Inbound and Outbound) using warehouse and transportation management systems.

  • Communicate with customer trials team members regarding inventory, sales force requirements, and scheduling of deliveries.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing or DOT or related required.

  • General administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, and telephone/email correspondence.

  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

  • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
